Marie Dasaro and her fiancé, Lou Campanella, were excited to welcome a new addition to their family, little knowing that baby Hope would be born with a congenital heart defect. Then the parents of another child with a similar challenge, also a patient at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, gave them hope. TODAY’s Sheinelle Jones shares the emotional story of the Hope and Jack Fund.
