One of the strongest players on the team, it's easy to see where University of Georgia sophomore running back D'Andre Swift gets his chiseled physique and impressive strength.

Like father, like son.

SEC Network cameras panned to Swift's father during Saturday night's Georgia-Vanderbilt broadcast and let's just say Darren — the elder Swift — is quite swole, shown here popping out of his t-shirt at Sanford Stadium:

The play-making ballcarrier from Philadelphia, a former five-star rated the No. 33 nationally in the 2017 class according to the 247Sports Composite, has gotten off to a slow start this season, battling through a nagging groin injury while splitting carries with several other players in a talent-rich backfield.

As a freshman last fall behind Sony Michel and Nick Chubb, Swift averaged 7.6 yards per carry and managed a breakout game in Georgia's SEC Championship win over Auburn, rushing for 88 yards on seven attempts, highlighted by a monstrous 64-yard gallop that salted it away.

Elijah Holyfield, James Cook, and Swift combined for 170 rushing yards and a touchdown on just 20 carries against the Commodores. Swift has yet to rush for more than 71 yards in a game this fall, but has scored five times.

Swift got a game ball from Dawgs247 analyst Jake Rowe following his impressive outing in the win over the Commodores:

"After not looking like himself for the past few weeks, Swift really got it going against the Commodores," Rowe writes. "He had seven carries for 50 yards on the day but his most impressive play was a 35-yard catch and run for a score. In all, he touched the ball nine times for 99 yards and was a nightmare for Vandy to bring down throughout the day."

Georgia (6-0) travels to LSU this weekend in its toughest test to date this season. The Tigers suffered their first loss last week at Florida, a team the Bulldogs battle on Oct. 27.

Continuing to improve on offense is the mindset going into Baton Rouge for the defending SEC champs. The Bulldogs are currently a 7-point favorite in the showdown

"We click when we want to click, but we have to stop doing that because we have to be more consistent throughout the game," senior center Lamont Gaillard said. "Definitely, we can be consistent and if we're consistent throughout the game, we're unstoppable. We know that but we definitely have to step it up."

Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET with CBS televising the game. The Bulldogs are 13-16-1 all-time against LSU. The Bulldogs are ranked No. 2 by the Associated Press and in the Coaches' Poll. Georgia entered the season ranked as the No. 3 team in the country behind only Alabama and Clemson.
