Uhuru reacts to viral video of Ambira students insulting CSs with tough warning [Video]

President Uhuru Kenyatta has delved into the raging debate sparked by a viral video of Ambira High School students hurling insults at CS Fred Matiangi and Amina Mohamed.

In his address during this year's Kenya Scouts Association (KSA) Patron’s Day, the President expressed concern over the Ambira Boys viral video where students were recorded bragging about cheating in exams and hurling insults at CS Matiangi and his education counterpart Mohamed.

"I equally send a very strong warning to those young fellows who think that they can indiscriminately involve themselves in negative activities.” Said the President.

The president reiterated that the government will not tolerate errant behavior and indiscipline, vowing that the government would take action.

"We will not and shall not entertain indiscipline and abuse from our young people. You must learn to respect your elders.

As I talk to you today, those boys are where they should be in order for them to be disciplined". He affirmed.

"If indeed you are ready to brag about (exam) cheating, we shall show you what this nation does with cheats and people who have no respect for their elders."
