The owner of a dog that was on the receiving end of some rough handling at an Adelaide doggy day care centre is lodging a complaint.

According to 7 News, the owner of ‘Xena’ is in the process of making a complaint to the RSPCA after the video taken at Diamond Doggy Centre in Salisbury South went viral on Thursday.
