At first glance, this student-athlete (we don’t get a view of the university name, the basketball jersey simply says “State” in the camera shot) seems to be able to fit a lot into the day.
He has time to attend a morning class, take a leisurely jog with friends (or these could be other student-athletes) and hang out with friends on the campus green all before playing in that day’s basketball game.
After the basketball game (which takes place at a surprisingly empty gym, this college needs more fans), he is able to get in a study session in the library before heading to bed.
Seems like a normal representation of the life of a student-athlete, right?
Well, no. At least not according to former college athletes.

Former Texas and NFL star Emmanuel Acho decided to make a parody of the video, showing what the daily life of the NCAA student athlete actually looks like from his perspective. Other athletes chimed in to comment on the accuracy of his video.
