Encore Performance of Viral 'Alien' Play Coming to New Jersey High School On "Alien Day"! - Bloody Disgusting

Last month, New Jersey’s North Bergen High School went viral for its insanely impressive stage play inspired by Ridley Scott‘s Alien, a low-budget production with incredible sets, costumes and yes, even a Xenomorph. The play went so far and wide that it caught the attention of both Ridley Scott and Sigourney Weaver, who each offered their praise.

Scott had actually even offered to help fund an encore of the play, and the official Alien Twitter account announced today that an encore is indeed coming for “Alien Day”!

Alien: The Play will return to North Bergen High School on April 26th! We’re not yet sure if the play will be open to the public or if it will be filmed, but we’ll keep you posted.
