Fans of a photo of a ranger posing for a selfie with two gorillas have gone bananas - sending the post viral online.
The photo of two rangers from an anti-poaching group posing for a selfie with two gorillas has gained tens-of-thousands of likes, comments and shares.
The photo posted on the Elite AntiPoaching Units And Combat Trackers Facebook page less than a week ago, captioned 'another day at the office', is the latest of several selfies the group has published with the animals.
The gorillas reside in the Virunga National Park, a UNESCO world heritage site in Democratic Republic of Congo, Central Africa.
Last year was a good year for gorilla population in the area, Virunga chief warden Emmanuel de Merode said on their website, stating there had been a "steady growth".

There were 11 new babies born he wrote in his 2018 update, turning their status from "critically endangered" to "endangered" for the first time since 1994.
"These milestones are a testament to the work of dedicated individuals committed to protecting these magnificent creatures at all costs," he says in the post.
The work of rangers was not unnoticed by fans on Facebook thanking them for their work protecting the animals, along with many other species.
"Simply stunning photo. Thank you for sharing & proving we can all live peacefully together," one person commented.
"Beautiful heartfelt photograph," another said.
