The country is celebrating its 48th national day today, but it seems that the party must have grown because a special guest was welcomed to the world earlier today. Bareen International Hospital in Abu Dhabi shared the news of baby Hamad, born on the 48th national holiday of the UAE. Hamad, born of Emirati's parents, was born this morning at around 9 a.m. and weighed around 2.67 kg. He is the second child of Mr. and Mrs. Mohammad Hamad Al Marri. Dr. Nazura Siddiqi and Dr. Mohamed Embabi successfully completed the delivery of the C-section and ensured the safety of baby Hamad and the mother.

The newborn's families were thrilled that they now have two reasons to celebrate when their child was born on the UAE national holiday.
