POLICE REPORTS
Jose R. Avila, 26, of 223 E. Caroline St., Spring Valley was charged with retail theft at 4:14 p.m. Friday at Wal-Mart, Peru, according to Peru police.

Henry L. Thompson, 19, of 1200 22nd St., Mendota was charged with two counts of retail theft and one count of unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor after incidents at Wal-Mart and Clock Tower Shell at 6:34 p.m. and 7:41 p.m. Friday, according to Peru police.

Tyler Briddick, 22, of 148 Marquette St., Apt 4, La Salle was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for aggravated battery, a Class 3 felony, and an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant charging him with a parole violation at 9:35 a.m. Thursday at 745 Second St., La Salle police said.
Stephenie Sidlacek, 42, of 410 W. Second St., Apt. 13, Oglesby was charged with retail theft at 1:14 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart, Peru police said.

Isiah Johnson, 30, of 338 Ruby St., Joliet was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, driving while revoked, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, disobeying a stop sign and three counts of failure to signal when required at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday at 1403 Union St., Streator police said.

SHEFFIELD — Scott P. Sullins, 60, of 1320 Washington Ave., Cleveland, Ohio, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 5:54 p.m. Tuesday at 119 W. Railroad, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department.

PERU — Dayquan K. Hughes, 19, of 2105 Guiles Ave., Mendota was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 1:46 a.m. Monday at Meriden Road and Timber Creek Bend, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department.

PRINCETON — Anna M. Kaszynski, 51, of 414 W. Crown St., Princeton was charged with failure to appear at 12:53 p.m. March 17 at 22 Park Avenue West, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department.

PRINCETON — Kenneth R. Altizer, 47, of 23741 1950 East St., Ohio was charged with improper lane usage, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to report an accident at 5:07 a.m. March 18 at Route 26 and Interstate 180, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department.

SPRING VALLEY — Lynett J. Graves, 39, of 914 E. Brookie Ave., Spring Valley was picked up on a warrant for failure to appear at 8:04 p.m. Friday at her residence, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department.

MALDEN — Chad E. Cherry, 44, of 25761 2830 East St., LaMoille was charged with being stopped in roadway, illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver and aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol at 8:49 p.m. Friday at 2900 East Street and 2050 North Avenue, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department.
