HAYLEY MILLS, the actress who owned Cobstone Mill, a 200-year-old windmill in the English countryside, in the 1970s. The mill was featured in the 1968 movie “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” and is part of a property on 37 acres of land in Buckinghamshire, England, just outside London, that is on the market for about $11.4 million.
