When Christian Tinsley heard that her daughter was getting teased by her peers, she decided to take action. In a video that’s now going viral, the California mom gave a heated lecture to her child’s class, threatening the bullies not to pick on her daughter.
“If y’all bully my daughter, if you look at her the wrong way, if you breathe the wrong way, send me your moms, your sisters, anyone over 18 and I’ll fuck them all up, you understand?” she ranted in the cellphone footage, tweeted on May 14 by Ciella Harrison whose little brother was in the classroom.

Tinsley, who claims her daughter has been bullied and even sexually harassed at Niguel Hills Middle School just outside of Los Angeles, went on to say, “You all think you’re bullies? Well I’m the big bully… y’all better leave her alone. No messages online, don’t post nothing about her, none of that.”
According to an email sent to parents by the school’s principal, Tim Reece, Tinsley was escorted out of the building shortly thereafter and has since been banned from campus by the Capistrano Unified School District.

But Tinsley isn’t sorry for what she did (or what she said). “Kids are committing suicide every day because they’re getting bullied, and I don’t want that for my daughter,” she told FOX13. “What do I do when my daughter’s afraid to go to school?”
Many people on Twitter agree with Tinsley, with her video receiving over 4.7 million views and 257,000 likes so far as most people praise the mom for defending her daughter so passionately.

Others who applauded Tinsley also commented on what it says about the school’s responsibility to protect children from bullying, urging teachers and administrators to take more of an active role.

There were also people who disagreed with Tinsley’s choice of action. Some felt that it’s not okay to use that kind of language or threats of violence with children while others worried it could actually make things worse for Tinsley’s daughter.
