JUAN PABLO ORELLANA LARENAS, the father of Valentina Orellana-Peralta, 14, who had recently moved to Los Angeles from Chile. She was killed by a police bullet that ricocheted off the floor of a store as an officer fired at a man who was attacking shoppers.
